Longevity coaching
Add years to your life, and life to your years.
Living longer only matters if those years are good ones. I help you build the strength, fitness and habits that keep you active, independent and feeling like yourself for decades to come.
Is this for you?
For people who want to stay strong for life
You want to stay at your best
You're busy, driven and want to keep performing well at work, at home and in the gym for years, not just the next few months.
You've noticed things changing
Less energy, slower recovery, a bit more round the middle, or aches that didn't used to be there.
Your health is now a priority
A milestone birthday, a check-up, or watching family age has made long-term health feel more real.
You want proof, not guesswork
You want an approach grounded in evidence, with progress you can actually measure.
Why it matters
Lifespan vs healthspan
Lifespan is how many years you live. Healthspan is how many of those years you spend strong, mobile and independent.
For many people, the last ten years or more are spent held back by weakness, poor fitness, illness or losing the ability to do everyday things on their own.
The good news: how you train, eat, sleep and manage stress has a huge say in how you age. That part is in your hands.
No quick fixes
You're probably thinking about longevity the wrong way
No supplement, gadget or trendy protocol can make up for poor sleep, a heavily processed diet or never picking up anything heavy.
The biggest gains come from getting the basics right and doing them consistently. These are the markers that matter most:
- Muscle strength
- Heart and lung fitness
- Body fat, especially around the waist
- Blood pressure and blood sugar
- Sleep, stress and recovery
How I coach it
Four pillars, one joined-up plan
Each part supports the others. Improve one and the rest get easier.
Strength training

Nutrition
Realistic eating that fits your life, fuels training and improves body composition. No fad diets.
Lifestyle
Sleep, stress, digestion and daily habits. My Lifestyle Audit shows exactly where to start.
Tracking & accountability
Regular check-ins and measurements so you can see progress, not just hope for it.
Common questions
Longevity, ageing and long-term health
Is it too late to improve my health?
No. Strength, fitness, body composition and metabolic health can all improve at almost any age. People start in their 40s, 60s and beyond and still see real changes.
More muscle, better fitness and less excess body fat are linked to a lower risk of long-term illness and staying independent later in life. Even small improvements make a difference.
How quickly will I see changes?
Most people notice changes in energy, sleep and how their clothes fit within the first few weeks.
Over two to three months, strength, fitness and body shape usually improve noticeably. What matters most is being consistent and following a clear structure.
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. Your plan starts from where you are today, whether you're brand new, coming back after a break, or already fit but want more structure.
It's not about where you start. It's about steady progress from there.
Is this just about weight loss?
No. Losing excess fat, especially around the middle, helps blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. But it's only one piece.
Strength training builds muscle and improves how your body handles sugar. Good nutrition supports body composition. Sleep, stress and daily habits shape your energy, mood and recovery. I work on all of them together, so you look better, feel better and stay healthier.
Do I need extreme diets or "biohacks"?
No. Most people will never need them. The real results come from the fundamentals: structured training, sensible nutrition, good sleep and managing stress.
Advanced strategies only add anything once those basics are in place. Without them, they just add complication.
How do I keep the results long term?
By building habits that fit your life rather than following a short-term plan you can't keep up.
As you progress, you learn how to train, eat and recover on your own, so the results last after we finish working together.
I have an injury or health condition. Can I still do this?
Usually, yes. We adapt exercises around injuries and build up gradually. If you have a medical condition, check with your GP before starting, and I'll plan around their advice.
Do you coach online or in person?
Both. I coach in person at The Gym Group in Handforth, and online through my coaching app with regular check-ins, wherever you are.
